Meghan Licata- Barn manager and Assistant Trainer/Instructor
Meghan participated in the local pony club as a young rider- competing at Nationals on several occasions. She enjoys both dressage and eventing.
Meghan teaches our young riders and is very good with the children. She is also indispensable in the barn - helping to keep all things running smoothly.
As Bobbi points out- "Meghan is the type who has something done before you can ask her to do it!"

Bobbi Carleton- Farm manager, Head Trainer:
Bobbi is a USDF Bronze and Silver medalist. She is also an "L" graduate with distinction, and has recently been accepted into the USEF "r" judging program. Bobbi loves to work with horses of all levels- from babies to FEI competitors.
She trains regularly with Ann Guptill, Bill Warren, and Sarah Geikie. She also clinics with Carol Lavell and Sandy Howard (rider biomechanics trainer) when possible.
She is currently showing several horses from second level through Intermediare. Her own mare, Dream Weaver, has a yearling filly by Lingh who shows great promise!

Mariko Williams- Assistant Trainer/Instructor
Mariko trained in England with Jane Bartle and graduated from the British BHS program. She is currently participating in the USDF trainer certification program. Over recent years she has ridden in clinics with Sarah Geikie, Ann Guptill, Bill Warren, Eric Horgan, and Jane Rodd.
Mariko is a very kind and thoughtful rider, and all of her horses show this through their confidence in their work. She teaches with a very positive attitude, but also pushes for results!
She is currently showing her own Dutch/Arab cross "Oktane" at second level.
